摘要
车载氢系统是燃料电池汽车的核心子系统,车载氢系统安全性能测试与评价是保障燃料电池汽车安全运行及产业商业化发展的重要支撑。梳理和分析了国内外车载氢系统相关标准法规,结合车载氢系统结构与现有氢安全标准法规,构建了覆盖部件强度试验、安装强度试验、气密性试验和环境适应性试验四个方面的车载氢系统安全性测评体系,详细阐述了具体的试验方法,为全面测评车载氢系统安全性提供了参考依据。
With the commercial application and promotion of fuel cell vehicle,the hydrogen safety of fuel cell vehicle has attracted increasing attention.As a significant sub-system affecting the hydrogen safety of fuel cell vehicle,it is very essential to develop safety performance test and evaluation of on-board hydrogen system.This paper analyzes the current situation of domestic and international standards and regulations,and summarizes the hydrogen safety evaluation technology of the on-board hydrogen system in combination with the development of the on-board hydrogen system in China.
