高速铁路H型双塔斜拉桥智能液压爬模施工技术

摘要 近年来,我国桥梁事业发展迅速,新建桥梁的跨径越来越大、结构越来越复杂,索塔高度越来越大,施工要求也越来越高。遂宁涪江特大桥是成达万高速铁路全线的控制性工程,为H型双塔双索面预应力混凝土斜拉桥,索塔高度为118m、122m,采用智能液压爬模施工。为了保证索塔的外观线形及内在、外在施工质量,通过对每节段爬模施工高度、模板工艺、安全防护等施工方法的改进,保证了施工安全及质量。 In recent years,China's bridge industry has developed rapidly,with the span of newly built bridges becoming larger and the structure becoming more complex.The height of cable towers is also increasing,and the construction requirements are also becoming higher.The Suining Fujiang Extra Large Bridge is a control project for the entire Chengda Wan high-speed railway line.It is an H-shaped double tower and double cable plane prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge with cable tower heights of 118m and 122m,constructed using intelligent hydraulic climbing formwork.In order to ensure the appearance linearity and internal and external construction quality of the tower,improvements have been made to the climbing formwork construction height,formwork technology,safety protection and other construction methods of each section to ensure construction safety and quality.
