摘要 直线电机技术作为现代数控机床驱动的核心,其精度和效率直接影响机床的加工质量和效率。文章旨在探讨直线电机驱动的数控机床在误差分析与性能优化方面的研究进展,先概述直线电机驱动数控机床的基本原理和特点,然后重点分析该类机床存在的主要误差来源,并在此基础上提出一系列性能优化方法。 The purpose of this paper is to discuss the research progress of error analysis and performance optimization of computer number control machine tools driven by linear motors.As the core of modern computer number control machine tool drive,the precision and efficiency of linear motor technology directly affect the processing quality and efficiency of machine tools.This paper first summarizes the basic principles and characteristics of linear motor driven computer number control machine tools,and then focuses on the analysis of the main error sources of this type of machine tools,and on this basis,a series of performance optimization methods are proposed.
