摘要
本文以上海某改扩建工程项目为例,基于行业绿色施工水平制定了项目施工环境保护总体目标及管理体系,介绍了该项目在施工过程中采用的节能、节地、节水、节材和环境保护等降本增效措施和创新技术应用,并通过施工过程中的耗能、耗材、碳排放等指标对项目施工节能降碳效果进行评价,以期为同类型项目绿色施工提供参考。
Using a Phase Ⅲ renovation and expansion project in Shanghai as a case study,this paper formulates the overall environmental protection objectives and management system of the project based on industry standards for green construction.It introduces energy-saving,land-saving,water-saving,material-saving,and environmentally friendly measures implemented during the green construction process.The paper analyzes the innovative aspects of labor efficiency,cost reduction,and neutrality in green construction technology and management.Furthermore,it evaluates the implementation effectiveness of green construction through statistical comparisons of resources,energy consumption,materials usage,carbon emissions,and other indicators during the construction process.This study aims to provide reference for similar projects in achieving sustainable development.
