敞开式TBM隧道穿越断层破碎带防卡机技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 隧道TBM穿越断层破碎带等不良地质易发生卡机风险,严重影响施工进度和安全。在大凉山1号隧道工程中,针对TBM穿越断层破碎带不良地质条件,分别总结刀盘卡机、盾体卡机及刀盘盾体卡机机理。基于现场勘察和实测数据,分析刀盘卡机现场概况及掘进参数变化情况,提出有效的预防卡机预处理技术。基于有限元分析确定最佳注浆加固范围,进一步提出TBM卡机脱困措施。研究表明,TBM掘进至断层区域后,刀盘扭矩提升、推力减小,掘进参数变化加剧。因超前地质预报可有效探测不良地层信息,故应预先采取注浆加固、适应性改造TBM、增强设备配置等有效措施。 TBM passing through fault fracture zone and other bad geology is prone to the risk of stuck machine,which seriously affects the construction progress and safety.This paper relies on the Daliangshan No 1 Tunnel project,and focuses on the adverse geological conditions of TBM passing through fault fracture zones,the mechanism of cutter head stuck,shield body stuck and cutter head shield body stuck are summarized respectively.Based on field investigation and measured data,the paper analyzes the site overview of cutter head stuck and change of driving parameters,and puts forward an effective pre-processing technology to prevent stuck.Based on finite element analysis,the optimal grouting reinforcement range is determined,and the extruding measures of TBM card machine are further proposed.Studies have shown that,when TBM is driven to the fault area,the cutter head torque increases,the thrust decreases,and the driving parameter changes intensify.Because advanced geological prediction can effectively detect bad formation information,so the effective measures should be taken in advance,such as grouting reinforcement,adaptive transformation of TBM,and enhancement of equipment configuration.
