摘要
为解决微米尺寸下低粘度材料难以弯月面直写的问题,以银墨水作为实验材料,对其弯月面直写过程中的打印参数进行了深入探究。使用外径230μm的针头,在100 nL/min的体积流量下,已能实现单根稳定打印宽度180~300μm的线条,打印速度最高可达10 mm/s。同时,探究了银墨水打印过程中针尖相对基底的移动速度、针尖与基底间的间距、墨水的体积流量、打印层数对基底上沉积图案的线宽和形貌的影响。研究结果表明,在毛细液柱不会断掉的情况下,沉积线宽随着基底移动速度的增大而减小,随着体积流量的增大而增大。在一定基底移动速度和体积流量下,当针尖与基底间的间距增大,线宽会减小,直至液柱无法正常成形。在无外界干预下,线宽随着打印层数的增大而增大。研究还发现在咖啡环效应与马兰戈尼效应的共同作用下,线条图案会出现“坡-峰-谷”结构。除此之外,通过测量线条的电学性能,发现电阻率最小可至0.19Ω·cm,并打印了电学图案作为展示。
To solve the problem that it is difficult for low-viscosity materials to write directly on the meniscus in micrometer scale,the silver ink was used as experimental material to deeply investigate the printing parameters in the process of direct writing on the meniscus.By using a needle with an outer diameter of 230μm at a volume flow of 100 nL/min,a single filament with width of 180-300μm can be stably printed,and the printing speed can be up to 10 mm/s.Meanwhile,the effects of the moving speed of the nozzle tip relative to the substrate,distance between the nozzle tip and substrate,volume flow of the ink and number of printing layers on the line width and morphology of the deposited pattern on the substrate during the silver ink printing process were explored.The research results show that under the condition of the nonbreaking capillary liquid column,the deposited line width decreases with the increase of the substrate moving speed and increases with the increase of the volume flow.Under certain substrate moving speed and volume flow,as the distance between the nozzle tip and substrate increases,the line width decreases till the liquid column cannot be formed normally.In the absence of external intervention,the line width increases with the increase of the number of printing layers.It is also found that under the combined action of coffee ring effect and Marangoni effect,the line pattern appears"slope-peak-valley"structure.In addition,by measuring the electrical properties of the line,it is found that the minimum resistivity can be 0.19Ω·cm,and the electrical patterns are printed for demonstration.
