摘要
高校党建品牌建设期整体可分为培育期、成熟期和转型期3个阶段。这3个阶段的建设重点分别是:策划、培育和维护党建品牌,提高品牌质量和美誉度;培育和塑造党建品牌文化,建设文化阵地,增强品牌忠诚度;评估并转型或更新品牌,实现品牌的转型或更新与再创新,保持创新活力。创建高校党建品牌建设期路径有助于高校基层党组织更好地规划和促进党建品牌的发展,以此应对党建品牌在不同建设阶段的需求和挑战。
The overall construction period of party-building brands in universities can be divided into three stages:cultivation period,maturity period,and transformation period.The first key point of construction is to plan and cultivate,maintain and operate the party-building brand,and improve brand quality and reputation.The second is to cultivate and shape the party-building brand culture,build cultural platforms,and enhance brand loyalty.The third is to evaluate and transform or update the brand,achieve brand transformation or renewal and re-innovation,and maintain innovative vitality.The design of a path for the creation of party-building brands in universities can help grassroots party organizations better plan and promote the development of party-building brands,to meet the needs and challenges of party-building brands at different stages of construction.
