摘要
纯电动船舶的动力来源是电池组,主要采用直、交流配电系统提供动力给船舶推进装置。结合武汉港内纯电动客船的动力系统特征及其失电产生的风险,通过电池系统、直流配电系统、船员操作及事故影响等情况分析船舶失电原因,并提出失电风险预测和应急对策,确保能够及时、有效地应对纯电动客船失电风险。
Pure battery-powered ships are driven by battery packs,which mainly use direct current(DC)distribution systems and alternating current(AC)distribution systems to provide power for the ship propulsion system.This paper analyses the causes for the black-out on board pure battery-powered passenger ships based on the analysis of the battery systems,DC distribution systems,crew operation and the impact of the accident,in view of the main characteristics of the propulsion system of pure battery-powered passenger ships in Wuhan port and the risks of black-out,and puts forward preventive and emergency response measures in order to ensure timely and effective handling of the black-out risks of such ships.
