摘要
介绍了数控加工技术在机械模具制造中的应用,阐述了数控加工技术及机械模具制造的定义,讨论了数控加工技术在模具加工中的应用,包括数控线切割加工技术、数控电火花技术、数控车削加工技术、数控铣削加工技术等内容,展示了数控加工技术在提高模具加工精度、效率和成本方面的显著效果,展望了数控加工技术在未来模具制造中的发展趋势和前景。
This paper introduced the application of CNC machining technology in mechanical mold manufacturing,expounded the definition of CNC machining technology and mechanical mold manufacturing,and discussed the application of CNC machining technology in mold processing,including CNC wire cutting technology,CNC EDM technology,CNC turning technology,CNC milling technology,etc.This paper showed the remarkable effect of NC machining technology in improving the precision,efficiency and cost of die machining,and looked forward to the development trend and prospect of NC machining technology in the future die manufacturing.
