摘要
《国家标准化发展纲要》出台后,标准化建设重要性日益显著。本文以工程造价企业为研究对象,基于标准体系需求分析,设计产品实现标准体系、基础保障标准体系和岗位标准体系,并通过建立标准体系表,形成工程造价企业标准体系。此外,从规范和指导造价工作、指明标准建设方向、增强企业自主性以及推进造价信息化与企业标准体系相融合四个方面阐述工程造价企业标准体系建设成果的有效性。
The importance of standardization construction has become more and more prominent after the introduction of the‘National Standardization Development Outline’.This paper takes the engineering costing enterprise as the research object,based on the demand analysis of enterprise standard system,designs the product realization standard system,the basic guarantee standard system and the post standard system,and forms the engineering costing enterprise standard system by establishing the enterprise standard system table.In addition,the effectiveness of the construction results of the engineering cost enterprise standard system is elaborated from four aspects,namely,regulating and guiding the costing work,indicating the direction of the standard construction,enhancing the autonomy of the enterprises,and promoting the integration of the costing informatization with the enterprise standard system.
