摘要
以社会现状为切入背景,帮助用户缓解压力,增强用户与心灵树洞APP之间的互动体验,并引入服务设计理念和方法进行心灵树洞APP设计。采用问卷调查、案例分析等方式收集用户信息,通过数据分析,了解潜在用户人群和目标用户需求,提出新的服务策略。通过建立用户画像、用户旅程图以及服务蓝图,构建心灵树洞APP设计原型。将心灵树洞APP应用产品和服务设计理念相结合,为用户提供更加准确且有针对性的服务。
Taking the current social situation as the background,it helps users to relieve pressure,enhances the interactive experience between users and the APP,and introduces the service design concept and methods to design the APP.User information is collected by means of questionnaire survey and case analysis,and through data analysis,the needs of potential users and target users are understood,and new service strategies are put forward.By establishing the user portrait,user journey map and service blueprint,build the design prototype of the heart tree hole APP.Combine the APP application products and service design concepts to provide users with more accurate and targeted services.
