摘要
目的 探讨经导管动脉栓塞化疗联合放射性粒子对原发性肝癌患者疗效。方法 选取2019年3月~2022年3月在本院就诊的原发性肝癌患者200例。将经导管动脉栓塞化疗治疗的患者100例纳入对照组,将经导管动脉栓塞化疗联合放射性粒子治疗的患者100例纳入观察组。统计两组临床疗效、预后、不良反应。结果 ORR、DCR:观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组6月复发率比较无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组1年复发率1%(1/100),对照组8%(8/100),差异(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论 经导管动脉栓塞化疗联合放射性粒子治疗原发性肝癌患者疗效理想,可提高ORR、DCR。
Objective:To investigate the effect of transcatheter arterial embolization chemotherapy combined with radio⁃active particles on patients with primary liver cancer.Methods:A total of 200 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected,100 patients treated with transcatheter arterial emboliza⁃tion chemotherapy were included in the control group,and 100 patients treated with transcatheter arterial embolization chemotherapy combined with radioactive particle therapy were included in the observation group.The clinical efficacy,prognosis,and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed.Results:ORR,DCR:observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the comparison of the 6-month recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05),and the 1-year recurrence rate was 1%(1/100)in the observation group and 8%(8/100)in the control group,with a difference of(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions be⁃tween 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Transcatheter arterial embolization chemotherapy combined with radioactive parti⁃cles in the treatment of primary liver cancer patients is ideal,and can improve ORR and DCR.
