摘要
介绍某电厂超设计使用年限液氨储罐的检验过程,通过制定详细的检验方案进行现场检验实施、缺陷尺寸计算和缺陷评定,并给出具体运维建议,以期为此类超设计使用年限压力容器的检验提供参考。
The inspection process of liquid ammonia storage tanks beyond design life in a power plant is described.Based on a detailed inspection scheme for onsite inspection,defect size calculation and defect assessment,the specific operation and maintenance suggestions are proposed,which is expected to offer reference for the inspection scheme of such pressure vessels beyond design life.
