摘要
工科实训课程除消防及用电安全外,还涉及危化品、劳保用品、生产型设备操作等。由于操作主体是没有上岗资质的学生,人员基数大,风险系数高,产生安全事故的概率远大于企业,因此必须重视并做好实训课程的安全管理。根据当下高职院校的实训现状,通过发挥城市公共实训基地的桥梁和平台作用,总结合肥市现代职业教育公共实训中心在实训安全管理方面的有效经验和先进做法,弥补和解决院校及企业在公共实训基地建设中存在的短板,为提升实训安全、保障实训质量提供可复制模板。
In addition to fire safety and electrical safety,engineering practical training courses also involve hazardous chemicals,labor protection supplies,and operation of production equipment.Due to the fact that the operators are students without job qualifications,with a large personnel base and high risk factors,the probability of safety accidents is much higher than that of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to attach importance to and do a good job in safety management of practical training courses.Based on the current situation of practical training in higher vocational colleges,by leveraging the bridge and platform role of urban public training bases,this paper summarizes the effective experience and advanced practices of Hefei Modern Vocational Education Public Training Center in practical safety management,compensates for and solves the shortcomings of colleges and enterprises in the construction of public training bases,and provides replicable templates for improving practical safety and ensuring practical quality.
