摘要
作为太平洋岛国,斐济在地理位置、资源储备和地区影响力等方面具有战略优势。近年来,斐济从国内、地区和国际三个层面着力改善国家面临的发展困境,其战略地位得到更多国家的关注。为推动中斐关系平稳健康发展、促进中国与太平洋岛国整体关系提高,中国应将斐济作为“战略支点国家”,优化“一带一路”南太支线的建设质量,加强中斐在全球气候治理领域合作,提高国内学界对斐济等太平洋岛国的研究水平,切实有效地维护我国在南太平洋地区的国家利益。
As a Pacific island country,Fiji has strategic advantages in terms of geographical location,resource reserves and regional influence.In recent years,Fiji’s strategic position has gained more attention as the country focuses on improving the development dilemmas facing the country at the domestic,regional and international levels.In order to promote the stable and healthy development of China-Fiji relations and the overall relations between China and the Pacific Island countries,China should treat Fiji as a“strategic pivotal state”,optimize the quality of the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative South Pacific Spur,and strengthen China-Fiji cooperation in the field of global climate governance,and improve the research level of domestic academics on Fiji and other Pacific island countries,so as to effectively safeguard China’s national interests in the South Pacific.
