摘要
目的探索在数字化时代如何借助新一代信息技术,提升大型公立医院(集团化多院区)财务管理工作效能,推动医院财务工作实现数智化转型。方法基于医院财务工作的现状和痛点,以“共享财务中心”理念为指导,通过“传统财务系统与新财务系统融合”及“财务工作与业务工作聚合”,构建统一的医院智慧财务数智化平台。结果该平台的应用,实现了财务工作与业务工作的融合,优化了财务工作的流程,提升了财务工作的效率,减少了人工处理时间,提升了财务数据精细度。结论智慧财务数智化平台的建设有助于实现医院“业财融合、风险控制、数据共享、智能互联、高效管理”的财务工作目标,对提升医院财务工作效能,以及推动并完成医院财务数智化转型具有一定借鉴意义。
Objective Exploring how to leverage the new generation of information technology in the digital era to enhance the efficiency of financial management in group based multi hospitals.Methods Based on the current situation and pain points of hospital financial work,guided by the concept of"Finance Shared Service Centre",and through the integration of"traditional financial system and new financial system"and"aggregation of financial work and business work",a unified hospital intelligent financial digital intelligence platform is constructed.Results The application of this platform has achieved the integration of financial work and business work,optimized the process of financial work,improved the efficiency of financial work,reduced manual processing time,and improved the precision of financial data.Conclusion The construction of the hospital's intelligent financial digital intelligence platform is conducive to achieving the financial goal of"integration of business and finance,risk control,data sharing,and intelligent interconnection",and has certain reference significance for improving the hospital's financial work efficiency and creating the hospital's financial Digital transformation.
