摘要
针对当前茶叶包装袋生产线人工捆扎存在效率低、人工成本高等问题,应用PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)和步进电机开发茶叶袋自动捆扎系统,完成生产线上茶叶袋的自动收袋、夹紧、捆扎等功能。该自动捆扎系统可适用于不同产品种类的工艺要求,并达到提高生产效率和降低人工成本的目的,实现茶叶袋生产线整体的自动化。试验表明,以100个茶叶袋为一任务周期,该系统能够在25 s内完成自动收袋及捆扎,满足生产工艺要求,是可行的。
The tea bag production line with manual bundling has the problems of low efficiency and high labor cost.A tea bag automatic bundling system was developed using PLC(programmable logic controller)and stepper motors to achieve functions such as automatic bagging,clamping,and bunndling on the production line.The functions are applicable to the process requirements of different product types,achieving improved production efficiency and reduced labor costs,and realizing the automation of the whole tea bag production line.The test showed that the system can complete automatic bagging and bundling within 25 s in a 100-tea-bag cycle,which is feasible to meet the production process requirements.
