摘要
目的探索智慧护理在日间病房甲状腺结节射频消融术患者中的应用价值。方法选择2021年9月—2023年6月在本院行射频消融术的61例甲状腺结节患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为智慧组(26例)和常规组(35例)两组。智慧组采用智慧护理干预,常规组采用常规护理干预,比较两组住院时间、手术前后生命体征(血压、心率)、术后疗效及护理满意度。结果智慧组患者的平均住院时间短于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);智慧组患者的满意度(73.08%)高于常规组(17.14%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、心率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者术前、术后容积比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月复查,67例结节中只有常规组多发结节患者的其中1枚未缩小,有增大趋势,其余66枚结节均明显缩小。结论智慧护理在日间病房护理管理中能够提升效率,节约患者住院时间,安全可信赖、可操作性强,护理质量和品质有保证,值得全面推广。
Objective To explore the application value of smart nursing in patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation of thyroid nodules in intraday ward.Methods 61 patients suffering from thyroid nodules who underwent radiofrequency ablation in our hospital from September 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the intelligent group(26 cases)and the conventional group(35 cases)using a random number table method.The intelligent group received intelligent nursing intervention,while the conventional group received routine nursing intervention.The hospitalization time,preoperative and postoperative vital signs(blood pressure,heart rate),postoperative efficacy,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time of the intelligent group was shorter than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the intelligent group was 73.08%,which was higher than 17.14%of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Preoperative and postoperative volume comparison between the two groups showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Re-examination at 6 months after operation showed that among the 67 nodules,only one of the multiple nodules in the conventional group did not shrink and showed an increasing trend,while the other 66 nodules were significantly reduced.Conclusions Intelligent nursing can improve efficiency in the nursing management in intraday ward,save patients'hospitalization time,which is safe and reliable,and presents strong operability,ensures nursing quality and is worthy of comprehensive promotion.
