摘要
目的总结唐耀平主任医师治疗痿证的经验。方法通过整理分析唐师治疗痿证的临床医案,归纳总结其治疗痿证的辨证思路及遣方用药。结果基于对痿证病因病机的认识,唐师认为痿证的主要病机为全身气机升降失常,其中,又以中焦斡旋失司为根本,肝肺升降不调、心肾不交为关键,故治疗上以健运中焦为核心,肝肺心肾同治,用药攻补兼施、寒温并用,临床疗效颇好。结论健运脾胃,恢复中焦升降之枢纽是治疗痿证的核心。
Objective To summarize the experience of chief physician TANG Yaoping treating atrophy syndrome.Methods By arranging and analyzing the clinical medical records of chief physician TANG Yaoping treating atrophy syndrome,it summed up his syndrome differentiation ideas and prescriptions for treating atrophy syndrome.Results Based on the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of the atrophy syndrome,chief physician TANG believed that the main pathogenesis of the atrophy syndrome is the abnormal ascending and descending of Qi in the whole body.Among them,it takes the failure of the mediation of middle-Jiao,the imbalance of liver and lung and the lack of communication between heart and kidney as the key.Therefore,the treatment is based on the core of strengthening the middle-Jiao,simultaneous treatment of liver,lung,heart and kidney,and the drugs are used for both purging and tonifying,with natures of being both cold and warm,and the clinical effect is quite good.Conclusion Strengthening spleen and stomach and restoring the pivot of ascending and descending of the middle-Jiao are the core of the treatment of atrophy syndrome.
