摘要
探讨了基于物联网技术的煤矿机电设备远程监控系统的设计与实现,介绍了系统的总体架构,包括传感层、传输层、处理层和用户界面层,讨论了关键组件的选择,如耐用传感器、可靠的数据传输技术以及高效的数据处理和分析平台。分析认为,采用物联网技术对煤矿机电设备进行监控,能够有效减少设备故障,降低维护成本,提高生产效率和安全性。
The design and realisation of the remote monitoring system of coal mine electromechanical equipment based on the Internet of Things(IoT)technology is discussed in depth.The overall architecture of the system is introduced,including the sensing layer,transmission layer,processing layer and user interface layer.The selection of key components,such as durable sensors,reliable data transmission technologies,and efficient data processing and analysis platforms,is discussed in detail.The use of IoT technology to monitor and control coal mine electromechanical equipment can effectively reduce equipment failures,lower maintenance costs,and improve productivity and safety.
