摘要
大涵道比风扇噪声作为航空发动机主要的噪声来源之一,风扇声学试验技术在航空发动机噪声控制领域已成为重要的研究手段。首先简要描述了风扇噪声的产生机理。随后回顾了风扇远场噪声试验技术的发展现状,并分析了国内外的试验设备和方法。研究表明,目前存在三种风扇远场噪声试验方案。其中,基于声学试验器与基于声学风洞的方案技术成熟、测试精度高,而基于室外露天环境的方案测试精度相对较低,被视为一种替代方案。最后,对风扇远场噪声试验方法进行了简要总结和展望。
The high-bypass-ratio fan noise is recognized as one of the primary noise sources of aircraft engine,fan acoustic test techniques have emerged as a crucial tool within the realm of aircraft engine noise control.Firstly,the fan noise generation mechanism is briefly described.Then the development status of fan far-field noise test techniques is reviewed,and the domestic and international fan acoustic test methods and test equipment employed in fan acoustic experiments are comprehensively analyzed.It shows that there are three principal schemes for far-field fan noise testing,among which the test proposal based on acoustic test facilities and on acoustic wind tunnel are mature in technology and have high accuracy.while the scheme based on outdoor open-air environments has relatively lower testing accuracy and is considered as an alternative.Finally,a brief summary and outlook on far-field fan noise testing methods are provided.
