摘要
目的:分析卡泊三醇联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2021年6月沂水县人民医院收治的寻常型银屑病患者124例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为两组,各62例。对照组予以阿维A胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用卡泊三醇软膏治疗。比较两组治疗效果、皮损情况及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组皮损严重程度评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027)。结论:卡泊三醇联合阿维A胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的效果较好,可改善患者临床症状,不良反应发生率低。
Objective:To analyze the effect of calcipotriol combined with acitretin capsule in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:A total of 124 patients with psoriasis vulgaris who were admitted to Yishui People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acitretin capsules,while the observation group was treated with calcipotriol on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,skin lesion and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the skin lesion severity score in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027).Conclusion:In the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,calcipotriol combined with acitretin capsule has good effect,which can ameliorate clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
