摘要
目的探讨子宫肌瘤患者手术室护理中采用个性化护理模式干预的效果。方法选取80例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用手术室常规护理,观察组采用个性化护理,比较两组术后并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者手术室护理中采用个性化护理效果较好,能有利于患者临床治疗,减少术后并发症发生率,且患者护理满意度高,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of individualized nursing intervention in operating room nursing of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 80 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing in the operating room,and the observation group received personalized nursing.The incidence of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the total incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of personalized nursing in the operating room nursing of patients with uterine fibroids has a good effect,which can be conducive to the clinical treatment of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and the patient's nursing satisfaction is high,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
