摘要
为改善水系水生态环境质量,提高区域人居环境,推进幸福河湖建设,本文以莒南县鸡龙河为例,分析了河道存在的问题,通过对综合治理、河道保洁、防洪安全、生态修复、管理模式等环节采取有效措施和强化组织、制度、机制保障进行鸡龙河建设,成功将鸡龙河打造成幸福河道。本文内容可为其他河道治理和幸福河湖建设提供参考。
In order to improve the water ecological environment quality of the water system,enhance the regional living environment,and advance the construction of happy rivers and lakes,a study was conducted on the Jilong River Happiness Channel.Taking the Jilong River in Junan County as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the river.Effective measures were taken in comprehensive management,river cleaning,flood control safety,ecological restoration,and management models,along with strengthening organizational,institutional,and mechanism guarantees for the construction of the Jilong River.This successful transformation of the Jilong River into a Happiness Channel can serve as a reference for the governance of other rivers and the construction of happy rivers and lakes.
