摘要
我国可溶性钾资源极为匮乏,而如钾长石、明矾石等非水溶性钾矿资源非常丰富。研究以高浓度KOH溶液分解明矾石后形成的K_(2)SO_(4)-KOH-H_(2)O三元强碱水盐体系为研究对象,测量不同温度下K_(2)SO_(4)在KOH溶液中的溶解度,绘制了各温度下的三元相图,探索相平衡规律,为明矾石开发利用过程中K_(2)SO_(4)的分离提供基础数据。
Soluble potassium resources are extremely scarce in our country,while nonwater-soluble potassium ore resources such as potassium feldspar and alunite are abundant.In this study,the ternary strong alkali-water-salt system K_(2)SO_(4)-KOH-H_(2)O formed by decomposing alunite with high-concentration KOH solution is taken as the research object.The changes in solubility of K_(2)SO_(4)in KOH solution at different temperatures were measured,and ternary phase diagrams at various temperatures were plotted to explore the equilibrium patterns.This study provides fundamental data for the separation of K_(2)SO_(4)during the development and utilization of alunite.
