摘要
目的观察仿生物电治疗在人工流产术后子宫内膜修复方面的临床效果,探讨其预防宫腔粘连的临床有效性。方法选取2021年7月至2022年12月于云浮市人民医院妇产科门诊行人工流产术的患者80例进行研究,随机分成研究组和对照组各40例,纳入研究对象的两组人流术患者给予健康指导及药物治疗,研究组在健康指导及药物治疗基础上进行仿生物电治疗。分别收集两组患者的信息数据,对比两组术后腹痛程度、阴道出血量、阴道出血持续时间、月经复潮时间、术后1周子宫内膜厚度、初次月经复潮前子宫内膜厚度、术后3个月宫腔粘连情况。结果研究组的40例患者术后腹痛疼痛视觉模拟量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分明显低于对照组,研究组阴道出血量明显少于对照组,研究组阴道出血持续时间较对照组短,研究组月经复潮时间亦短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后1周子宫内膜厚度明显高于对照组,研究组初次月经复潮前子宫内膜厚度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后3个月宫腔粘连发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术后采用仿生物电治疗干预能有效减少腹痛,减少阴道出血量及阴道出血持续时间,缩短月经复潮时间,促进子宫内膜修复,降低宫腔粘连的发生率。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of biomimetic electrical stimulation on endometrial repair after induced abortion and to explore the clinical effectiveness of preventing uterine adhesion.Methods 80 cases after induced abortion were selected for study from July 2021 to December 2022 in the outpatient clinic of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Yunfu People's Hospital.A study group and a control group of 40 cases each were randomized,and health guidance and medication were given to abortion patients in both groups,the study group was given biomimetic electrical stimulation on the basis of health guidance and medication.Information data of patients from the two groups were collected separately to compare the degree of postoperative abdominal pain,amount of vaginal bleeding,duration of vaginal bleeding,menstrual recovery time,endometrial thickness at 1 week postoperatively,endometrial thickness before the first return of menstruation,and uterine adhesions at 3 months postoperatively between the two groups.Results The postoperative abdominal pain Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the amount of vaginal bleeding of the patients in the study group was significantly less than that of the control group,the duration of vaginal bleeding of the patients in the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the time for the recovery of menstruation of the patients in the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions The intervention with biomimetic electrical stimulation after induced abortion effectively reduces abdominal pain,decreases the amount and duration of vaginal bleeding,shortens the menstrual recovery time,promotes endometrial repair,and reduces the incidence of uterine adhesions.
