摘要
跨境婚姻在西南边境地区已成社会常态,其地域性和民族性特征表明了跨境婚姻将在边境地区长期存在,此类婚姻形成的家庭在生物性功能、生产性功能、心理性功能以及社会化功能方面均存在实践困境,进而影响着跨境婚姻家庭的健康发展以及边境地区农村的社会稳定。因此,对西南边境地区跨境婚姻家庭问题的思考应从外籍配偶“个体”转向其家庭“整体”,通过家庭发展能力的提高来推动其家庭功能发挥的正常化,进而缓解跨境婚姻家庭与边境社会和谐发展的矛盾。
Cross-border marriages have become a social norm in the southwestern border areas,and their regional and ethnic characteristics indicate that cross-border marriages will exist in the border areas for a long time,and the families formed by such marriages have practical dilemmas in terms of biological,productive,psychological,and socialization functions,which in turn affect the healthy development of cross-border marital families as well as the social stability of the rural areas in the border areas.Therefore,the thinking on cross-border marital and family problems in the border areas of Southwest China should be shifted from the individual foreign spouses to the family as a whole,so as to promote the normalization of family functions through the improvement of family development capacity,and thus alleviate the contradiction between cross-border marital and family and the harmonious development of the border society.In this way,the contradiction between cross-border marriage and family and the harmonious development of border society can be alleviated.
