摘要
古代经典名方是我国中医药在漫长的历史发展过程中,传承下来的疗效确切、应用广泛、优势明显的方剂,是中医药服务人类健康的国粹精华。文章指出经典名方的永续开发,离不开方证本体知识体系的重塑,其关键是在中医药理论以及人用经验指导下细化古今临证应用实际并标准化,尊重中医自身发展规律与历史演变规律,彰显中医药独特的价值和优势,唤醒沉睡的中药经典名方,做好经典名方的研发,是新时期传承创新中医药的切入点和突破口。
In the long history of Chinese medicine development,the famous prescription of ancient Chinese medicine is inherited from the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with exact curative effect,wide application and obvious advantages,and is the quintessence of Chinese medicine serving human health.This paper points out that the sustainable development of the famous ancient TCM classic prescriptions cannot be achieved without the reshaping of the ontology knowledge system of TCM.The key is to refine and standardize the ancient and modern clinical application practice under the guidance of TCM theory and human experience,respect the development law of TCM itself and the law of historical evolution,highlight the unique value and advantages of TCM,and wake up the sleeping TCM classic prescriptions.To do a good job in the research and development of classic famous prescriptions is the entry point and breakthrough of inheriting and innovating TCM in the new era.
