摘要
目的探讨桂枝茯苓丸联合妇科千金胶囊对卵巢囊肿患者卵巢功能及血液流变学的影响,观察临床疗效。方法选取82例江西省安福县人民医院2020年1月—2022年1月收治的卵巢囊肿患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各41例。对照组口服妇科千金胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用桂枝茯苓丸治疗,用药3个月。比较两组临床疗效、卵巢功能、血液流变学指标、中医证候积分、不良反应。结果观察组临床总有效率95.12%(39/41)高于对照组的80.49%(33/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)高于对照组,雌二醇(E2)、抗缪勒氏管激素(AMH)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血浆黏度(PV)、全血高切黏度(HBV)、全血低切黏度(LBV)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后小腹刺痛、带下色黄、腰部胀痛、月经不调积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均无严重不良反应。结论联用桂枝茯苓丸及妇科千金胶囊可提高卵巢囊肿治疗效果,改善患者卵巢功能,纠正血液流变学异常,降低中医证候积分,安全可靠。
Objective To exploring the effects of Guizhi Fuling pill combined with Fuke Qianjin capsule on ovarian function and hemorheology in patients with ovarian cysts,and to observe clinical efficacy.Methods Eighty-two patients with ovarian cyst admitted to Anfu County People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Fuke Qianjin capsule,and the observation group was treated with Guizhi Fuling pill on the basis of the control group for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,ovarian function,hemorheology indexes,TCM symptom scores and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 95.12%(39/41),which was higher than 80.49%(33/41)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone were higher than those of the control group,while estradiol and anti Muller test tube hormone were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and whole blood low shear viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of stinging pain in the lower abdomen,yellow band,waist pain and irregular menstruation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion The combination of Guizhi Fuling pill and Fuke Qianjin capsule can improve the therapeutic effect of ovarian cyst,improve the ovarian function of patients,correct the abnormal hemorheology,and reduce the score of TCM symptoms,which is safe and reliable.
