摘要
在保持测控机箱功能不受影响的前提下,设计了散热结构,利用Fluent软件进行内流场仿真,在此基础上改进了散热结构。结果表明:经改进,电池组与CPU周围温度分别降低约10.0℃和1.0℃,满足测控机箱对工作环境的要求。同时,设计了由单片机控制的变频散热风扇,达到了节能降耗的效果。
On the premise that the function of the measurement and control chassis is not affected,the cooling structure is designed,and the internal flow field is simulated by Fluent software.On this basis,the heat dissipation structure is improved.The results show that the temperature around the battery pack and CPU is reduced by about 10.1℃and 1.0℃respectively,which meets the working requirements of the measurement and control case.At the same time,the cooling frequency conversion fan controlled by MCU is designed to achieve the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.
