摘要
煤炭自燃仍然是煤矿防灭火的一大安全隐患,为了防止煤炭自燃,研究制备了一种矿用新型温敏水凝胶。以木聚糖和羧甲基纤维素为基体,与N-异丙基丙烯酰胺和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸在超声波震荡下进行自由基共聚合得到最终产物。实验结果表明:生成的水凝胶在低温下流动性强,遇到高温后发生相变黏度增大、体积缩小并排出凝胶中的水分。能够更加高效地对易自燃煤体进行冷却、覆盖、封堵,克服了传统水凝胶黏度大、流动性差、容易堵塞管道的缺点。通过红外光谱、热重实验和扫描电镜对产物的微观结构进行了分析。并通过黏度和抑制率测定实验对该凝胶的性能进行了测试,证明该水凝胶温度响应性强,灭火效果显著。
Spontaneous combustion of coal is still a potential safety hazard for fire prevention and extinguishing in coal mines.In order to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal,a new type of temperature sensitive hydrogel for mining was prepared.The final product was obtained by free radical copolymerization of xylan and carboxymethyl cellulose with N isopropylacrylamide and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid under ultrasonic vibration.The experimental results show that the generated hydrogel has strong fluidity at low temperature,and the phase change viscosity increases,the volume shrinks and the water in the gel is discharged after encountering high temperature.It can more efficiently cool,cover and block the easily spontaneous combustion coal,overcoming the shortcomings of traditional hydrogel,such as high viscosity,poor fluidity and easy to block the pipeline.The microstructure of the product was analyzed by IR,TG and SEM.The performance of the gel was tested through viscosity and inhibition rate test experiments,which proved that the hydrogel has strong temperature response and remarkable fire extinguishing effect.
