摘要
智能机器人产业是深圳市“20+8”战略性新兴产业集群中重点细分领域,也是“十四五”规划中强调重点发展的制造产业。为促进智能机器人产业发展,“20+8”产业集群发展意见提出了多个方面的指导措施,包括强调技术创新、促进产业集聚、增强应用发展和确定目标方向等。目前,深圳市智能机器人产业呈现总产值增加、产值增速增长、产业规模增大的良好态势,但也面临强链协调性低、补链配套能力不足等重点难点问题。本文结合“十四五”规划与“20+8”产业集群发展要求,分析深圳市智能机器人产业发展现状与趋势以及面临的困境和挑战,并提出政策扶持、载体建设、人才支撑四方面的举措,为深圳市智能机器人产业构建发展新思路。
The intelligent robotics industry is a key segment in Shenzhen's“20+8”strategic emerging industry clusters,and a manufacturing industry is emphasized in the“14th Five-Year”Plan.In order to promote the development of intelligent robotics industry,“20+8”emerging industry cluster development opinions put forward a num-ber of aspects of the guidance measures,including emphasizing technological innova-tion,promoting industrial agglomeration,enhancing the application of the develop-ment,and determine the direction of the target.At present,the intelligent robotics in-dustry in Shenzhen presents a good situation of increasing gross output value,increas-ing output value growth rate,and increasing industrial scale,but it also faces important and difficult problems such as low coordination of the strong chain and insufficient sup-porting capacity of the supplementary chain.This paper combines the“14th Five-Year Plan”industrial planning and“20+8”emerging industry cluster development require-ments,analyzes the current situation and trends in the development of the intelligent ro-botics industry in Shenzhen,as well as the development of the dilemmas and challenges,and puts forward the policy support,carrier construction,space security.It also puts for-ward the four initiatives of policy support,carrier construction,space guarantee,and talent support to build a new idea for the development of Shenzhen's intelligent robotics industry.
