摘要
采用非自耗真空熔炼炉制备了Co_(35)Ni_(35)Al_(30)铁磁性形状记忆合金,并对该合金进行了退火处理。通过金相显微镜和X射线衍射仪,分析了退火温度对Co_(35)Ni_(35)Al_(30)合金显微组织和形状恢复特性的影响;采用电化学测试分析了退火温度对该合金耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:随着退火温度的升高,该合金的形状记忆效应呈现先增加后降低的变化趋势,合金的显微组织逐渐细化;当退火温度为1200℃和1300℃时,合金的形状记忆效应几乎相当,但是当退火温度为1200℃时,合金的强度更高;随着退火温度的升高,合金的耐蚀性呈先升高后降低的趋势,在1200℃时,该合金的腐蚀电流密度最小,自腐蚀电位较高,腐蚀速率最小,极化电阻较大,合金的耐蚀性最好。
The Co_(35)Ni_(35)Al_(30)ferromagnetic shape memory lloy was prepared by non-consumable vacum melting furnace,and the alloy was annealed.The effects of annealing temperature on the microstructure and shape recovery characteristics of Coas Nis Also alloy were analyzed by metallographic microscopy and X-ray diffractometer.The effect of annealing temperature on the corrosion resistance of the alloy was analyzed by electrochemical test.The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature,the shape memory effect of the alloy increased first and then decreased,and the microstructure of the alloy was gradually refined.When the annealing temperature was 1200,1300℃,the shape memory effect of the alloy was almost the same,but when the annealing temperature was 1200℃,the strength of the alloy was higher.With the increase of annealing temperature,the corrosion resistance of the alloy increased first and then decreased.At 1200℃,the corrosion current density of the alloy was the smallest,the self-corrosion potential was relatively high,the corrosion rate was the smallest,the polarization resistance was relatively larg,and the corrosion resistance of the alloy was the best.
