摘要
不同编组动车组蓄电池存在电压差,重联工况下,存在蓄电池电压差的两编组通过重联时贯通的降弓回路线形成通路,蓄电池间的较大的充放电电流使降弓回路线过流,回路中降弓用继电器常开触点因过流粘连,造成升弓条件无法建立,受电弓无法升起,文章提出多种阻断贯通回路过流方案,并且选取其中一种方案试验验证,效果良好,已在现车批量完成改造,应用效果良好。
There is a voltage difference between the batteries of different marshalling EMUs,under the condition of reconnection,the two groups with the voltage difference of the batteries form a path through the bow lowering circuit when reconnection,the larger charge and discharge current between the batteries makes the bow lowering circuit overcurrent,and the normally open contact of the relay for bow lowering in the loop is adhered due to overcurrent,resulting in the failure to establish the bow raising condition and the pantograph cannot be raised.In this paper,a variety of overcurrent blocking schemes are proposed,and one of them is selected for test verification,and the effect is good,and the transformation has been completed in batches in the existing vehicles,and the application effect is good.
