摘要
变压器作为电力系统中重要的电力设备之一,其正常运行对于电力系统的稳定运行至关重要.变压器在运行过程中会产生大量的热量,需要通过散热片来进行散热.散热片的散热效果直接影响变压器的运行效率和寿命.然而,由于长期运行和外界环境的影响,散热片表面容易积累大量的灰尘、油渍、氧化物及其他杂质,降低散热效果.变压器散热片的积污问题一直以来都是影响变压器散热性能的主要因素之一.而传统的清理方法通常需要将变压器停机,并且清洗效果不佳,费时费力.因此,开发一种高效的变压器散热片积污清理装置具有重要的意义.
As one of the important power equipment in the power system,the normal operation of transformers is crucial for the stable operation of the power system.Transformers generate a large amount of heat during operation and require heat dissipation through fins.The heat dissipation effect of the heat sink directly affects the operational efficiency and lifespan of the transformer.However,due to long-term operation and external environmental influences,the surface of the heat sink is prone to accumulating a large amount of dust,oil stains,oxides,and other impurities,resulting in a decrease in the heat dissipation effect of the heat sink.The problem of fouling in transformer heat sinks has always been one of the main factors affecting the heat dissipation performance of transformers.However,traditional cleaning methods usually require the transformer to be shut down,and the cleaning effect is poor,timeconsuming and laborious.Therefore,developing an efficient transformer heat sink fouling cleaning device is of great significance.
