基于视觉引导及柔性夹具的密封条自动滚压技术

摘要 车身门洞密封条是保障车内防水性和静谧性的关键零件,其装配质量与整车密封性以及噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)性能密切相关。当前主流的车型均采用夹紧式密封条,在装配过程中由生产工人初步将密封条卡接至车身门框钣金上,再采用电动或气动滚压工具,夹紧密封条中的金属片使得密封条与车门框钣金之间紧密贴合。文章设计并实施了一套密封条自动滚压设备,代替人工完成车门密封条的滚压作业。通过在整车主机厂采用该套设备批量生产,实现了门洞密封条滚压过程的效率提升,单台车可节约操作工时80 s,同时进一步提升了滚压过程的稳定性,减少了质量缺陷的发生。 The vehicle body door sealing strip is a key component that ensures the waterproofing and quietness in the interior of the vehicle,and its assembly quality is closely related to the overall sealing performance and noise,vibration,harshness(NVH)performance of the vehicle.The current mainstream vehicle models all use clamp type sealing strips.During the assembly process,production workers initially clamp the sealing strips onto the door frame sheet metal,and then use electric or pneumatic rolling tools to clamp the metal sheets in the sealing strips to ensure a tight fit between the sealing strips and the sheet metal.This article designs and implements a set of automatic rolling equipment for sealing strips,which replaces manual rolling of door sealing strips.By adopting this set of equipment for mass production in the vehicle production factory,the efficiency of the door sealing strip rolling process has been improved,saving 80 s for each vehicle.At the same time,it further improves the stability of the rolling process and reduces the occurrence of quality defects.
