摘要
铍的极谱测定研究不多,最近已有人报导了用铍试剂Ⅲ测定矿石中微量铍的催化极谱法。本文是在“铍与钍试剂Ⅰ的极谱研究”的基础上,用抗坏血酸消除铬酸根的干扰,用EDTA消除铁、铅、镉等干扰,并应用于矿石中微量铍的测定。本法基于铍在NHCl-NHOH介质中与钍试剂Ⅰ生成络合物,在-0.55伏产生灵敏度较高的极谱波,可测到0.005微克/毫升的铍。本法具有干扰少,可直接测定矿石中微量铍。
Berylluim forms a complex with Thoron I in NH4C1- NH4OH solution at pH 8-10. This complex produces a sensitive polarographic wave in this supporting electrolyte at-0.55V. The magnitude of the current of Beryllium is proportional to its concentration from 0.05 tu 0.6ppm. The interfering ions can be eliminated by addition of EDTA. This method has been applied to the determination of trace amounts of Berylluim in ores.
