摘要
以“大安全大应急”为研究背景,重点分析“大安全大应急”框架下安全生产工作面临的机遇与挑战,并提出针对性的应对策略。在“大安全大应急”框架下安全生产工作面临技术应用、安全管理、培训教育等方面的机遇,同时也面临安全生产机制不完善、基层人员风险辨识能力不足、隐患排查治理工作流程不规范和安全生产信息化程度亟待加强等挑战。为有效优化安全生产工作,应建立健全安全生产机制,提升基层人员风险辨识能力,规范隐患排查治理工作流程,提升安全生产信息化水平,确保安全生产工作持续推进,促进经济社会稳定发展。
Under the research background of“Great safety and great emergency”,the study focuses on analyzing the opportunities and challenges of safety work under the framework of“great safety and great emergency”,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Under the framework of“great safety and emergency”,there are opportunities for production safety work in technology application,safety management and training and education,etc.There are also some challenges,such as imperfect production safety mechanism,insufficient risk identification ability of grassroots personnel,non-standard work processes for hidden dangers investigation and management,and urgent need to strengthen the informatization degree of production safety,etc.In order to effectively optimize the work of production safety,we should establish and improve the production safety mechanism,improve the risk identification ability of grassroots personnel,standardize the work process of hidden danger investigation and management,improve the level of production safety information,ensure the continuous progress of production safety,and promote the stable development of economy and society.
