摘要
在长碳链季铵盐存在下,三羟基萤光酮类显色剂,特别是水杨基萤光酮对于测定高价难熔金属元素有较强的实用性。其特点表现为方法的灵敏度高、选择性较好、操作简便、容易掌握。本文,作者又合成了尚未见文献报道的一种三羟基萤光酮类显色剂—邻氯苯基萤光酮并拟定了邻氯苯基萤光酮—CTMAB测定微量钼的分光光度法。
A simple and rapid spectrophotometric method for the determination of micro amounts of Mo with O-C1-PF and CTMAB has been investigated.This method based on the formation of a ternary complex in tan acid solution(0.3 to 0.6mol L^(-1)HCl).The complex has an absorption maximum at 530nm.The value of molar absorption coefficient is 1.44×10^(5).Beer’s law is obeyed over the range 0-16μg/25ml of Mo.The method has been used for the determination of Mo in alloys and the results are satisfactory.
