摘要
电子血压计种类和品牌众多,技术参数也不尽相同,这就导致不同品牌的电子血压计在测量准确度上存在差异。本文对目前市场占有率较高的两个品牌的电子血压计进行检定,根据检定结果对血压计准确度产生差异的原因进行讨论。通过静态压力测试发现,这两个品牌的压力传感器感压能力相当,但因为各生产企业对血压数值分析选用的方法不同,且没有统一的技术标准,导致了不同品牌电子血压计对同一模拟信号测量的收缩压和舒张压等动态参数差异较大,最大相隔10 mmHg。
There are numerous types and brands of electronic blood pressure monitors,each with varying technical specifications,leading to differences in accuracy among different brands.This article evaluates and compares the accuracy of electronic blood pressure monitors from the two most widely used brands in the market.The results of the evaluation are used to discuss the reasons for differences in accuracy.Through static pressure testing,it was found that the pressure sensors of these two brands have similar pressuresensing capabilities.However,due to the different methods used by each manufacturer for analyzing blood pressure values and the lack of a unified national technical standard,different brands of electronic blood pressure monitors show significant differences in measuring dynamic parameters such as systolic and diastolic pressure when measuring the same simulated signal,with a maximum difference of 10 mmHg.
