摘要
工业锅炉作为热源或动力源普遍用于生产生活的各个方面,但是工业锅炉运维水平较低,容易发生锅炉爆炸等严重事故。因此,本文结合大型体育赛事举办背景,通过对实际工业锅炉事故的深入分析,总结出工业锅炉四类严重事故及其发生原因,形成基于安保措施和使用场景的工业锅炉安全评价预警方法,根据此方法开发工业锅炉在线监测及预警系统,并成功用于大型体育赛事用工业锅炉,实现对实际工业锅炉的实时监测与预警,保障其安全稳定运行。
As heat source or power source,industrial boilers are widely used in all aspects of production and life.However,the operation and maintenance level of industrial boilers is lower,which is prone to serious accidents such as boiler explosion.Therefore,combined with the background of holding large-scale sports events and through the in-depth analysis of the actual industrial boiler accidents,this paper summarizes four types of serious accidents of industrial boilers and their causes.This paper forms an industrial boiler safety evaluation and warning method based on security measures and use scenarios.According to this method,the industrial boiler on-line monitoring and warning system is developed and successfully used in the industrial boilers for the Winter Olympic Games,which can realize real-time monitoring and warning of the actual industrial boiler.The safety and stable operation of industrial boilers are guaranteed.
