摘要
埋地管道所处的环境较为特殊,很容易导致管道发生微生物腐蚀、化学腐蚀等。一旦管道发生腐蚀,很可能就会出现泄漏的情况,对管道运行的安全性造成较大影响。为此在敷设埋地管道时,就需要注意做好埋地管道外的防腐工作,同时还需要加强对管道的阴极保护,以此对管道腐蚀加以抑制,延长管道的使用寿命。笔者针对埋地管道腐蚀的主要原因进行了探析,并提出了埋地管道外的防腐策略以及阴极保护策略,希望本次研究有助于埋地管道腐蚀情况的降低和管道的安全运行。
The buried pipeline is in a special environment,which can easily lead to microbial corrosion and chemical corrosion of the pipeline.Once the pipeline is corroded,it is likely to leak,which will have a greater impact on the safety of pipeline operation.Therefore,when laying the buried pipeline,it is necessary to pay attention to the anti-corrosion work outside the buried pipeline,and strengthen the cathodic protection of the pipeline,so as to restrain the corrosion of the pipeline and extend the service life of the pipeline.The author analyzes the main causes of buried pipeline corrosion,and puts forward the anti-corrosion strategy and cathodic protection strategy outside the buried pipeline,hoping that this study will help to reduce the corrosion of buried pipeline and the safe operation of pipeline.
