摘要
目的探讨棍点理筋正骨手法在急性腰扭伤疾患中的临床效果。方法将广西中医药大学附属贺州市中医医院骨科及推拿科2020年7月至2022年12月收治的60例急性腰扭伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组采用棍点理筋正骨手法治疗,对照组患者采用常规推拿手法治疗。比较两组治疗后的总有效率、显效率;比较两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和腰椎功能障碍指数(ODI)评分情况。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照的76.67%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组显效率为73.33%,高于对照组的46.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组VAS、ODI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1周后,观察组的VAS、ODI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性腰扭伤疾病的治疗中,对患者的疼痛缓解以及腰椎功能的改善方面棍点理筋正骨手法要优于传统推拿手法,且疗效更佳,是一种安全可行的治疗方法,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Gundian Lijin Zhenggu manipulation in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute lumbar sprain admitted to the Orthopedics Department and Massage Department of Hezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Gundian Lijin Zhenggu manipulation.The control group was treated with conventional massage manipulation.The total effective rate and significant efficiency of the two groups after treatment were compared.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,higher than the control group’s 76.67%,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The observation group had a significant improvement rate of 73.33%,which was higher than the control group(46.67%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in VAS and ODI scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After one week of treatment,the VAS and ODI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of acute lumbar sprain disease,the Gundian Lijin Zhenggu manipulation is superior to traditional massage manipulation in terms of pain relief and improvement of lumbar function,with better curative effect.It is a safe and feasible treatment method that is worth promoting.
