摘要
目的:分析期待治疗未足月胎膜早破的效果。方法:选取2022年1月-2023年1月威宁县人民医院收治的未足月胎膜早破患者200例为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各100例,对照组患者采用常规治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上给予期待治疗。比较两组患者入院后分娩时间、产后出血量、新生儿Apgar评分、新生儿体质量、不良心理评分改善情况及不良妊娠结局率。结果:研究组分娩时间短于对照组,产后出血量低于对照组,新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组焦虑、抑郁评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组剖宫产、产后感染、脐带脱垂、羊水栓塞、产后出血、新生儿窒息、新生儿呼吸窘迫发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:期待治疗未足月胎膜早破具有良好的效果,有利于缩短未足月胎膜早破患者分娩时间,降低产后出血量和不良妊娠结局。
Objective:To analyze the effect of expectant treatment of premature rupture of membranes before term.Methods:A total of two hundred cases of preterm premature rupture of membrane admitted to Weining County People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with one hundred cases each.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and patients in the study group received expectant treatment on the basis of the control group.Delivery time,postpartum blood loss,neonatal Apgar score,neonatal body mass,adverse psychological score and adverse pregnancy outcome rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The delivery time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the amount of postpartum bleeding was lower than that of the control group,and the neonatal Apgar score was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the anxiety and depression scores of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of cesarean section,postpartum infection,umbilical cord prolapse,amniotic fluid embolism,postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia and neonatal respiratory distress in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Expectant treatment of preterm premature rupture of membranes has a good effect,which is conducive to shortening the delivery time of patients with preterm premature rupture of membranes,reducing postpartum bleeding and adverse pregnancy outcomes.
