摘要
社区是城市生活和城市治理的基本单元,也是实现人民对美好生活的向往,实现共同富裕现代化的重要载体。浙江省东阳市作为紧靠义乌的县级市,存在部分生产与生活功能混杂的产业型社区。本文剖析了该类社区在发展过程中存在的核心问题,以杨大小区的更新实践为例,探索保持产业活力,强化特色表达,实现物质与精神层面共同富裕的更新规划策略。
Community is the basic unit of city life and urban governance,which is also an important carrier to realize common prosperity.As a county-level city adjacent to Yiwu City,Dongyang City in Zhenjiang Province has several industrial communities with mixed production and living functions.This paper takes the renewal practice of Yangda Community in Dongyang as an example,analyzes the core problems existing in the development process of industrial communities,and explores the renewal planning strategies about how to maintain the industrial vitality,strengthen characteristic expression,and meanwhile achieve common prosperity in material and spiritual aspects.
