摘要
党的二十大明确提出全面推进乡村振兴,强调坚持农业农村优先发展,拓展巩固脱贫成果,加快建设农业强国,助推产业振兴,实现共同富裕。推进乡村产业振兴是中国实施乡村振兴战略的首要任务,是促进城乡要素融合、解决就业问题、增加农户收入、变“输血”为“造血”的重要途径,对推动巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有效衔接进程,实现共同富裕具有重要意义。由此可见,正确认识当前乡村产业发展过程中存在的问题,解决乡村产业发展中存在的困境,具有深厚的价值意蕴。
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed to promote comprehensively rural revitalization,emphasizing and giving priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,expanding and consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation,accelerating the construction of a powerful agricultural country,boosting industrial revitalization,and achieving common prosperity.Promoting the revitalization of rural industries is the primary task for China to implement the strategy of rural revitalization and also an important way to promote the integration of urban and rural factors,solve employment problems,increase farmers’income,and change“blood transfusion”into“blood production”.It is of great significance to promote the effective connecting process of consolidating and expanding the achievement of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and achieve common prosperity.It can be seen that recognizing correctly the exsisting problems in the current process of industrial development in rural areas and solving the exsisting predicaments in the development of rural industry have profound value implications.
