摘要
为提升空天目标特性与作战方式课程教学效果和人才培养质量,针对课堂教学缺交互、课程教学未闭环、教学质量待提升等难点问题,引入军事领域以快速迭代修正为特征的OODA理论,提出了“观察—判断—调整—执行”课堂教学小闭环和“调研—备课—实施—评价”课程教学大闭环模型,结合课程教学实施给出了具体应用方法.教学实践表明,OODA理论应用在空天目标特性与作战方式课程教学中取得了较好的效果.这可为其他专业课程的教学改革提供参考借鉴.
In order to improve the teaching effect and talent training quality of the Aerospace Target Characteristics and Combat Mode course,this paper first aims at the difficult issues such as lack of interaction in classroom teaching,lack of closed loop in course teaching,need to improve teaching quality,etc.to introduce in military field the OODA theory characterized by rapid iterative correction,and then proposes a small closed-loop model of“observation-judgment-adjustment-execution”and a large closed-loop model of“investigation-lesson preparation-implementation-evaluation”in course teaching.Finally,combining with the implementation of course teaching,the paper presents the concrete application method,which provides reference for the teaching reform of other professional courses.
