某金矿氰化尾渣铅、铜浮选流程考察及调整

摘要 经流程考察,铜、铅浮选均出现精矿品位低、回收率低的问题,根据现场实际情况,结合各个指标数据,将铅浮选将精一尾矿与扫二精矿合并后一起返回到扫一作业,在扫选作业设置补加药剂点,增加硫化铅矿物的浮选时间;使用ZnS对铜、锌、铁进行抑制,扩大与铅的可浮性差异,提高铅精矿的品位。铜浮选作业使用复合药剂,添加抑制剂,精选尾矿与扫二精矿合并后一起返回到扫一作业,扫二作业设置补加药剂点,适量增加返回流程的中矿的质量。调整后铅精矿品位提高至21.98%,铅的回收率提高至45.28%,满足生产要求。铜浮选调整后铜精矿品位提高至10.51%,铜的回收率提高至65.19%,满足生产要求。 After process investigation,it was found that both copper and lead flotation have problems with low concentrate grade and low recovery rate.Based on the actual situation on site and combined with various indicator data,the lead flotation combines the Jingyi tailings with the Sweeping No.2 concentrate and returns them to the Sweeping No.1 operation.Additional reagent points are set up in the sweeping operation to increase the flotation time of lead sulfide minerals;Use ZnS to suppress copper,zinc,and iron,expand the difference in floatability with lead,and improve the grade of lead concentrate.The copper flotation operation uses composite reagents,adds inhibitors,and combines the selected tailings with the second concentrate to return to the first operation.The second operation sets up additional reagent points to increase the quality of the intermediate ore returned to the process.After adjustment,the grade of lead concentrate was increased to 21.98%,and the lead recovery rate was increased to 45.28%,meeting production requirements.After the adjustment of copper flotation,the grade of copper concentrate increased to 10.51%,and the recovery rate of copper increased to 65.19%,meeting production requirements.
