摘要
当前,食品风险监测与监督抽检过程存在一些问题,譬如信息闭塞、监测技术水平低下等,不仅会对食品安全保障产生不利影响,也会影响社会稳定、政府部门公信力。因此,本文分析了相关问题,并提出了具体改善措施,旨在保障食品安全。
At present,there are some problems in the food risk monitoring and supervision sampling process,such as information blockage and low monitoring technology level,which not only have adverse effects on food safety assurance,but also affect social stability and the credibility of government departments.Therefore,this article analyzes relevant issues and proposes specific improvement measures aimed at ensuring food safety.
