摘要
目的观察银杏二萜内酯葡胺、丁苯酞注射液治疗老年急性缺血性脑卒中(Acute Ischemic Stroke,AIS)患者的临床疗效。方法选择2022年3月—2023年3月徐州市肿瘤医院收治的90例AIS患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,各45例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组使用丁苯酞治疗,研究组则联用银杏二萜内酯葡胺与丁苯酞治疗。比较两组疗效、国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、血液流变学指标水平、不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.11%,高于对照组的75.56%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.920,P=0.048)。治疗后,研究组的NIHSS评分、血浆黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论银杏二萜内酯葡胺联合丁苯酞注射液治疗老年AIS患者的临床疗效好,同时对血液流变学有良好的改善效果。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ginkgo biloba diterpene lactone meglumine and butylphthalein injection in the treatment of elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS)from ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 90 AIS patients admitted to Xuzhou Cancer Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with butylphthalein,and the study group was treated with ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine and butylphthalein.The efficacy,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,hemorheology index level,adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 75.56%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.920,P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score,plasma viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and hematocrit levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine combined with butylphthalein injection has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of elderly AIS patients,and has a good improvement effect on hemorheology.
